Topics include responsibility for "street people" (i.e. homeless people), public safety concerns related to the "Man Camp," Oregon State Police coordination, land use issues, church/state litigation, expectations from the Rajneesh, "Pperation Mongoose," tent dwellings, and state building code questions.
