A three-page August 7, 1985 letter from Bob Oliver to The Rajneesh Legal Services, Inc. regarding a public records request for materials in the Governor's Office file titled "Department of Justice." Oliver served as the legal counsel to Governor Atiyeh. Oliver states that most documents in the file were being made available for inspection and copying, but that several documents were being withheld under attorney-client privilege. The letter lists the withheld documents and notes that they did not appear to have an obvious connection to the plaintiffs in pending federal litigation involving Rajneeshpuram.
