-
Description
-
A September 20, 1984 State of Oregon interoffice memo from Bill Young, Director of Water Resources, to Pat Amedeo in the Governor's Office regarding Application 68110. The memo states that the Rajneesh Neo-Sannyas International Commune had submitted an application to appropriate water from the John Day River to irrigate 10.7 acres.
