The meetings were held in 1883 and concern the construction of a new church building for the Methodists of Forest Grove, Oregon. This document is part of a record book compiled between 1854-1884 by several different Methodist circuits in Oregon, centered on the Forest Grove and Hillsboro areas. The record book was found in a building on the southwest corner of Main Street and Pacific Avenue in Forest Grove in 2021.
