This photograph is printed on postcard stock and includes a note from "Freda" to "Mrs Charles Walker". It is postmarked July 8, 1913. This photograph is part of the Charles Lovell and Winnette Sears Walker Collection. Winnette was a 1906 alumna of Linfield College. Charles was an alumnus of Tualatin Academy who later became a musician and an insurance agent in Hillsboro, Oregon.
The painting of Harvey W. Scott was created in the late 1960's when Pacific University constructed in the Harvey W. Scott Memorial Library. Scott was the first graduate of Pacific University.

Lawrence; Drum major Lee Strickland; Solo cornets Thorson Bennett, Alvin Hawk, Enoch Moore, and Ray Wolf; First cornets Fred Dysle, William Goff, Lester Talbot; Clarinet G. E. Richards; Saxophones Elmer Littlehales, Bernard Sellers, and Dean Sellers; Snare drum: William Harrison; Trombones: Elmer Hamilton, George Jackson, Harold Roberts, and Ellis Stebbins; Altos P. L. Jillson, Phillips Jillson, and Bert Sparks; Baritones Harry Kunkel and Leo Morgan; Basses Leonard Alley and John Anderson; Bass drum Bruce Roe. This group was deemed one of the most active organizations on campus.
The in 1970's, two students walk on the walkway near Marsh Hall heading toward what is now College Way at Pacific University. Marsh Hall was built from 1893 to 1895 and is still houses classrooms, administrative offices, and student services offices.

Two students study in the Harvey W. Scott Memorial Library in the 1970's. Scott Library was built in 1967 and named after the first graduate of Pacific University. The building is now known as Scott Hall and houses faculty and staff offices, a language center called the CLIC, tutoring and learning center, and the Kathrin Cawein Gallery of Art.
Pacific University in January 1959 with Old College Hall in the background. Old College Hall was built from 1849 to 1851. It has been moved to several locations on campus and now sits on College Way offering weekly tours. The line of birch trees in this photo is the Alpha Zeta Walk dedicated to the students who died in World War II. The walk was created in 1948 and it still seen on campus.

Photo of Old College Hall and the tennis courts in November 1956. Old College Hall was built from 1849-1851. This building has been moved around the campus and can now be seen on College Way. It is open one day a week for tours. The tennis courts were moved and rebuilt in 1983.
