Student Jerry Jalley speaks in the newly constructed Harvey W. Scott Memorial Library in 1968. The library began construction on the Pacific University campus on September 13, 1966. The building is not known as Scott Hall and houses student centers, faculty and staff offices, and the Cawein Art Gallery.
