An audio recording by Oregon Congressman Les AuCoin on President George W. Bush's 2002 State of the Union Address. In the recording, AuCoin analyzes Bush and his appointments of John D. Negroponte, Otto Reich, Ted Olson, and Bennett Raley. He criticizes the Bush administration for cutting federal funding for libraries, research on renewable energy sources, community hospitals, workforce training, et cetera.
