Speech by Sue AuCoin on behalf of her husband, Representative Les AuCoin, at the Campaign for a Hate Free Oregon Kickoff Rally on July 18th, 1992. In the statement, Sue AuCoin calls on Oregonians to vote against the 1992 Oregon Ballot Measure 9.
