A speech by U.S. Congressman Les AuCoin delivered at an Oregon Rotary Club (presumably the Portland Rotary Club) on August 6, 1985. In his speech, Congressman AuCoin discussed the federal budget and the Oregon and U.S. economies, including his hopes for Oregon to prioritize trade, technology, and timber.
