An interview of Tom Kennedy regarding Oregon's Governor Victor Atiyeh, recorded on Jan. 18, 2017. Kennedy served under Atiyeh as Director of Oregon's Economic Development Department. He also accompanied Atiyeh on at least one trade trip to East Asia. The interviewer, James Moore, was as professor of political science at Pacific University and was Atiyeh's biographer.
