This memo addresses the completed payback of the $81 million fund transfer to SAIF, Oregon's not-for-profit workers' compensation insurance company. Although completed, the SAIF investment portfolio created fund loss of returns, dividends, and income. This is one document from a binder containing selected daily reports to the Governor, which was compiled by Gerry Thompson.
