'Transportation Commission' memo to Gerry Thompson

A memo prepared by Bob Oliver, Legal Counsel, to Gerry Thompson on March 10, 1982. This report suggests that there be five members to represent the five congressional districts in Oregon. Attached is a memo created by Fred Miller, Director under the Department of Transportation, that explains the reasoning behind a five member commission in opposed to seven members. This is one document from a binder containing selected daily reports to the Governor, which was compiled by Gerry Thompson.
